Executive Director
The Executive Director serves as the Chief Executive Officer of EMARC, with overall responsibility for planning, administration and management of all programs and systems. The Executive Director is directly accountable to the Board of Directors for ensuring the future of the agency by developing clear goals and objectives around the current mission and developing appropriate strategies to advance the mission. As leader of the senior management team, the Executive Director will articulate and model the philosophy, mission and vision of EMARC, and will guide the senior team in establishing the overall direction of the agency. The Executive Director will work in partnership with the Board of Directors and staff to develop, maintain and use the systems, technology and resources required to ensure effective operation of the agency. Master’s degree in related field of human services and/or administration required with advanced graduate certificate and/or degree preferred. Family Support Skills Instructor/Home Trainer, hours vary
Seeking enthusiastic, caring and skilled people to carry out programs developed by behavioral, speech and occupational therapists, as part of home training programs for children with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities. Openings in Danvers, North Reading, Wakefield, Arlington and Medford. Afternoon, Evening and Weekend hours available. Pay rate based on experience and type of work you will be doing. Experience required.
Adult Family Foster Care - Alternate Caregiver
This MassHealth funded program allows individuals with disabilities to live in a family setting. AFC program provides two weeks of respite care. We are looking for Alternate Caregivers who would stay at the AFC participant's home or have the disabled individual stay at the alternate caregiver's home for a few days or a couple of weeks. The compensation is based on the level of support the AFC participant needs and starts at $25 a day. Caregiver training is provided.

Assist adults’ w/disabilities, work in a community based day program, ensure activities and trainings, and promote personal choice, skill development. BA/BS, experience, resume required.
RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM MANAGER, 40 Hours/Non-Exempt
Direct care residential program. Various positions in multiple locations available.
RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM DIRECTOR, 40 Hours/Exempt
Provide leadership, support and direct supervision for residential program, responsible for day to day operation; oversee staff, including all administrative documentation as required. Experience, resume, BA/BS, Valid Massachusetts Drivers License. Beeper coverage.
Residential Asleep and Awake O/N Program Manager
- 20-55 hours 10/11 PM - 9 AM, includes AM routines
Family Support Coordinator, 30 Hours
Assist families who have children eligible for DDS services and DCF services. Develop and implement a plan that assists the family in obtaining the supports and services identified to aid them in keeping their children at home. Conduct home visits and assist the family in identifying their needs in such a way as to translate the needs into services and community supports. BA/BS in Human Services with 4+ years experience in Family Support programs. Salary is commensurate with experience. Reliable transportation is required.
Family Support - Occupational Therapy Consultant, up to 5 hours monthly
Consultant responsibilities include but are not limited to: consulting with families regarding their child's sensory, fine and gross motor needs. Offer suggestions to increase child's skills toward independence. Written reports and suggestions regarding adaptive and sensory equipment. Work with a child's team to brainstorm and implement a multi-disciplinary approach, consult with Home Trainers, Skills Instructors and Community Integration Specialists to implement therapies during home program hours. OTR/L and Liability Insurance Insurance required. Experience with adults or children with special needs. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Reliable transportation required.
Family Support Home Trainer/Community Integration Specialist
Enthusiastic, caring and skilled people to carry out intense home programs developed by a team of professionals for children with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities. Additionally we are looking for people to aid children in the development of community, social and leisure skills. Afternoon, Evening and Weekend hours available. You can work anywhere from 4 to 15 hours a week. Or even just 6 hours a month. Pay rate is based on experience and the type of work you will be doing.
Experience is preferred; a reliable car is a must.
Family Support Respite Care Provider
Aid individuals with disabilities in recreational, community or home settings, providing relief for families and caretakers. Flexible hours and schedules. Various local communities. Paid positions.
Relief: Residential Program
Direct care. Work relief hours to fit your schedule. Hours available vary in each program, and may vary weekly on an as needed basis.
- Supervisory positions require BA/experience. Valid driver’s license required.
